*Caution: To avoid trip hazards, the flat FMCA3300 floor box cover must be correctly installed flush with the finished floor surface. The flat trim option is not suitable for use on top of carpet, concrete, sheet vinyl, vinyl, tile, or similar hard surface materials. The flat trim option should only be used when inset into wood, grouted masonry tile, terrazzo, or poured composition flooring. To ensure a proper result, flush installation requires significant coordination between several trades and special care during installation. If not mounting flush with floor, please use self-trimming model FMCA3100 with integral beveled edges.
